ANY RECOMMENDATIONS

Okay so my current build is a 1600 w/ a 1050ti. (including 16gb of 3000mhz ram). I've been streaming the last few months, but my stream always looks like pixel art from MC whenever i look around in a game. I've done many things and although I've managed to "improve" my quality by lowing it (to 720p), i want to put out 1080p without that pixely mess. I was wondering if anyone has very similar specs who stream at a clean 1080p and/or would it be better to encode with the 1600 or 1050ti if you can't answer the first question.

the best thing you can do is stream on youtube and put like 10k bitrate if you have the internet speed to do so and  minecraft would be very pixelated especially on stream
