Display Manages

I recently built my first pc and I don't have a graphics card so I am depending on the UHD graphics from the i5-11400 but when I look at the device manager in the display adapters it says Microsoft basic display adapter instead of intel UHD graphics like it does for my friend who has the same CPU.

Sounds like you have the basic Windows driver installed. You might need to get a driver from Intel directly. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html
