low fps

Hello guys i bought my pc 1 month ago and my fps was perfect in all games , then i downloaded cracked editing plugins then i saw that my cpu usage was way too high so i reinstalled windows , i reinstalled windows many times , i reformatted all of my drives , what do i do ? my temps on gpu increased by 6-8 , for example my friend bought pc 3 days ago with rx 560 4gb 2fan with i5 10th  , and he has higher fps than me , ill update more info later .

oh yeah and i have rx 580 4gb i5 9400f 16 ram

U might just need to clean your case . And what's your gpu usage at idle ?
