How do I reallocate space with 2 operating systems

Not linus

I have a 512GB drive with windows and linux each getting about half the space. Since the sole reason that I installed windows was to because of stupid drm that refuses to run in an virtual machine, I have most my stuff on the linux partition. Since I have virtual machines and software on my linux partition, I'm eating up space fairly quickly. Would there be any way to give more space to the linux partition without reinstalling either OS?
