No. You need LGA1200 motherboard if you want to use LGA1200 CPU.

Hi,

I am upgrading to a new PC.

I am in a stage of finding parts, and i don't know if the intel core i3 10100F which has the LGA 1200 Socket will be compatible with a 1150 Socket Motherboard.

Can anyone help?

You may want to wait a bit, a month or so, and see prices of 12 generation Intel chips without K at the end, which should be cheaper.

If you're gonna have to upgrade motherboard, you may as well upgrade to the latest generation, or move over to AMD's socket AM4 and Ryzen processors.
