Good budget smartwatch

Hi guys, so the holidays are rolling around and the pestering of "what should I get you" has started up again. I was looking to get a budget smart watch, under usd$100  just for doing menial things like keeping time, measuring blood O2 levels, heart rate, and if it measured blood pressure: the cherry on top. I'm not looking for this to replace my phone or be a little computer, just like a little thing that's going to go "you are doing something you shouldn't chill out before your hurt yourself". Family memebers are dropping like flies so I'm gonna be taking my health a little more seriously now.

 

Features I'm looking for:

-Blood oxygen monitoring

-heartrate monitoring

-time of day

 

"Features" I don't care about

-"premium look" (could literally be a Dora watch)

-NFC (apple/Google pay)

I noticed it didn't have blood oxygen monitoring, is there one by them that does have it?

I don't know of any watches under $100 USD that have blood oxygen monitoring sorry.
