My pc is not starting no fans spinning but keyboard is lighting up what could be issue ryzen 5 3600 Msi b450m crucial ballistix 8*2 cv450 asus 1050 ti when push the power button litrally nothis is happening but in the front io a blue light indicating p is light up

Power to the keyboard isn't an indication of anything. Many boards feature "charging ports" that feed power as long as they have a connection to the power supply so you can charge things from them while the computer is powered off.

 

Fans not spinning is usually (but not always) a sign of a dead CPU. Make sure you connected both the 24pin and 4/8 pin aux power to the board properly.
