I have been looking at motherboards, and I noticed there is A320 and A520. I know that A320 is incompatible with Ryzen 5000 Series, but besides that, is there really any difference. Or is it just a slightly updated version of A320?

how are you doing today

Chipsets link goes from 4x pcie 2.0 to 4x pcie 3.0

loses r1000+2000 support, gains r3000, 4000(only sold to oem), 5000

I could use some help with this!

Unless you are getting it for free, don't get A320. Those boards were made about as cheaply as they could be, and most are very prone to failing.

A520 and B450 are usually the same price, and B450 has a lot more features and support for every Ryzen CPU to exist (for most boards anyway). Unless you're getting an A520 board for dirt cheap, the $10 extra at most you'd spend on B450 is well worth it.

The MSI B450M Pro-VDH is a much better board than that for $10 more. Unless you're on a crazy tight budget, it's worth saving up
