Hello! I am seeking help regarding recurrent BSOD issues. They seem to be relatively different each time, but they always occur playing Call of Duty. I am getting desperate to fix this recurrent issue. I have tried OS reinstall (awhile back), drivers updates, malware updates, etc. I appear to be unable to resolve this issue solo.

  • OS - Windows 8.1, 8, 7, Vista ?: Windows 10
  • x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64
  • What OS was originaly installed on the system?: None; Always Full Retail.
  • Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from a retailer)?: Full Retail
  • Age of system (hardware): Approximately 1 year old
  • Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS?: Build is approximately 1 year old. I have reinstalled the OS approximately 7 months ago.
  • CPU model - Intel I7-9700k
  • Video Card model - Gigabyte RTX 3080
  • MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop) - MSI MAG Z390 Tomahawk
  • Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this): Corsair 850
  • System Manufacturer: Micro-star International Co.
  • Exact model number (if OEM or laptop): Self-built
  • Laptop or Desktop?: Desktop

Done. Should I re-run any tests? It has moved the Mhz down from 3600 to 2400.

Loss of ram speed is expected, xmp is what put it there.

see if it bsods now
