Apex 7 Lock keys not working

As the title says, when i press the lock keys the don't turn white (indicating the lock is on) as they usually do.

I already tried factory resetting the keyboard, uninstalling and reinstalling the usb drivers and updating the Steelseries GG Software.

Help?
