As my laptops hate me (aka as hinge breaking from playing flash games like a idiot and windows stop working, so i on fedora linux )

 

im thinking of building my family's first PC (including pre builts) i need some help choosing CPU, currently between a opteron 6386se or fx 9590 which is a better deal for under 150

Both of those re pretty bad, something like. i3 10100 would be cheper nd fster thn those.
