Some apps won't open without any error message

So a few of my softwares aren't opening and I don't recive any feedback from the computer, for example Radeon Software simply wont even appear on my search bar, or even games like binding of isaac.

I notice that the processes aren't showing on the task manager, also apps like MSI afterburner are showing really weird temps and I can't control nothing (just thought was worth noting).

I really have no idea of whats going on, because a few days ago all this apps were working just fine.

 

 

OS: Windows 11(originally windows 10)

cpu: i5 -10400f

gpu: rx570 8gb

Ram: 8gb

Windows 11 has alot of bugs try rolling win11 back
