Hey Y’all,

I’m building my pc very soon and was wondering which 3080 I should get to match my aesthetic. I was thinking founders edition or gigabyte vision, but y’all might have better ideas. Build is linked below so you know what the rest of the setup will look like. Thanks!

The one you can get your hands on.

You're never going to find both available and get to just choose. This has been the rule for a while. Are you aware of the current market?

For instance, the FE's are only sold through Best Buy. As i'm typing this, Best Buy is having an online drop with FE's and many other 3080's. If you aren't in big stock tracking Discords, you are likely too late. Did you know that drop was happening?

I would say an ASUS Strix White OC.

I have one in a Corsair 5000d and it looks like it belongs there.

Yeah @rickeo,

I’m fully aware. I’m going the brick n’ mortar route of attaining mine, so I want be prepared when the situation arises. But this might help someone else. Thanks for replying!

Between these two I'd get the founders edition simply because Gigabyte's support is far from great. Founders edition is decent. Can you get the white Asus one? I think that would be best for your build.

Yeah, I’ve heard that. And I’ll look into the asus one, others have recommended it as well! But this is very helpful for my decision. Thanks for replying!

Oooo, multiple systems, nice. But yeah, it's a little more expensive, though I’ll look into it. Thanks for replying!

In a way I think it is worth it.

It is very cool and can use 450 watts so it is very entertaining if you are into overclocking.
