20-30 minutes ago the fans of my RX580 MSI ARMOR stopped. As I heard the fans slowdown my monitors went black. But the audio continued and I was able to alt+f4 the video using my keyboard so that still worked as well. Now when I try to boot it gets stuck in the phase where I would see the motherboards bios screen (judging from the sound and the behaviour of the microphone and lights). Can this be an cheap PSU issue or a very expensive GPU one. The EZ debug LED shows that the GPU is the one to blame. I really hope that the GPU is not dead because I'm not in a position where I can afford a new one even if I found one at MSRP. Keep in my mind CPU doesn't have integrated graphics and I won't be able to any troubleshooting that way. Thanks a lot!

Do you have friends from which you could borrow a gpu for troubleshooting and also test your gpu in their pc?

Have you tried reseating the gpu? Reset bios?

Did you notice higher gpu temperatures or the fans ramping up more / running at higher speeds?

Sorry for the late reply

1) Sadly nope
2) I did, but I cant the reset the bios without a save of the bios or an bios update which I need to take using another computer
3)The screen went black and the fans stopped. The experience didnt change beforehand.
