What do I do? Please Help!!!

My HDD crashed a few days ago. I bought a new SSD to install windows on it. But when only the SSD is connected the PC does not give any display output. But when I connect the HDD with the SSD I have display output but I do not know how to install windows from there.

Get a USB stick and load it with the Windows installation media, when the system boots hold delete to go to BIOS and boot from the USB stick. Should be straight forward for installing Windows after that.

Huh.. That's weird.. Maybe an issue with PCI bifurcation? This is a SATA SSD no? Or is it an NVME drive? Only thing I can think of is trying to use a different SATA port maybe.
