Windows 10 boot loop

Yesterday, while I was playing CS:Go I noticed it looked like explorer.exe had crashed ( no wallpaper, can't access files etc.) So I attempted a restart. But when I tried to boot, I got a loop (Windows logo>Black screen with loading wheel then restart). I grabbed a bootable USB to try to fix it, but it would give an error.

I attempted to plug the c drive into a different windows machine but it wouldn't register or mount.

When I tried to reinstall windows with custom install, it said that windows was not present. 

Specs

Msi r7-370 fx-6300 16gb ddr3 

The hard drive I'm having issues with is a Seagate barracuda bought 2 years ago nearly to the day 

 

I just really need help with this, I can't work on anything.
