My pc isn't booting.

I built my PC about 6 months ago. Worked fine up until a couple days ago.

Spec:

5800X

Crosshair VIII HERO WiFi

2X16GB Trident Z 3600Mhz

Samsung 980 PRO 1TB

Radeon 570

When I turn on the PC the qcodes get to 15 and then repeats. The DRAM light is also solid yellow. I've reseatedthe prosessor and Memory 4 times now with no change. I tried a single 8GB stick of memory which cause the qcode to stick at C8 for a second then stop again at 15 and repeat itself. During that process the DRAM was solid yellow for about 5 seconds then turn off and immediately followed by the CPU light turning solid red for about 1 second and then repeats itself. Additionally this issue happen a couple days ago and then randomly without any troubleshooting came on on worked fine until today, this is when I actively tried troubleshooting. I've tried to update the Bios, both with the cpu installed and without it installed, both time the bios flashback light blinks 3 times and turned static blue with the activity light on the flash drive being off. I left it like that for about an hour with no change. The CPU doesn't have any bent pins and it doesn't seem like the mother board has any bent pins either. Not sure what is my next step.
