EVGA 2080ti works half the time?

I bought a evga 2080ti used and when it came in the mail the gpu braket was bent and a lil chip in the corner on the board but scematic seems to say it wouldn't cause a problem, it work perfectly fine for 2 months and stopped working one day it wouldn't post but the next it would and once it's post no problem would occur for a couple days but now it simple just won't post, when i turn my pc on now the lights with turn on, fans will spin all look fine but when it trys to post the light goes off but fan stay on and no display, i checked ram and cpu, board is brand new but i tried putting gpu in a friends pc and same problem occurs, so i think my gpu is dead

 

Sorry for the long run on sentense i just worried and don't want to half to spend alot of money on new gpu rn
