Blue screening with a stable CPU overclock.

My 4770K is overclocked to 4.2GHZ at 1.300V and barely exceeds 70 degree Celsius under 100% load. My 2 GTX 680's are running stock and are all in a watercooled loop with a total of 480mm worth of radiator space. It's been a couple of months since I had my last blue screen but just before it happened while playing BF4 straight after I had done a clean install of the latest Nvidia drivers to hopefully fix the frame stuttering I'm getting in BF4 whenever I get shot. Can anyone make sense of why I am blue screening and why I am getting frame stuttering on BF4?

those volts are really high

Not really...For 4.2Ghz yes I think so but enough to cause the BSODs I don't think so

for a 4770K 1.3v is the max safe (normally) . that is high! for every day usage.  just because you have a water loop and can keep it cool its lifespan wont be great.

I had a similar issue with  my overclock clearing the motherboard cosmos,  then redoing the overclock fixed it. no idea what had happened i think one of the blue screens knocked the board loopy.

but if it still Blue screening then your going to have to turn down the OC.
