Thinking on what GPU to get

I need a gpu for my new pc. I don't know which one to pick.

I need to choose a gpu for my new computer. I don't know which one to pick. I have two options: Gigabyte GTX1660 Super (6GB) or Gigabyte RTX3060Ti (8GB). I need a gpu that has DVI out bc i have an old monitor that has VGA and DVI. I found out that the GTX1660 Super has DVI out, but it is not very prefferable by me. I need help with picking one out. 

 

UPDATE: I forgot that i can just use a HDMI to DVI cable or the converter

For which purpose?
1080p gaming? (GTX 1660 super)

1440p gaming? (RTY 3060Ti)

Mostly just 1080p bc i have no monitor that can do 4k. I have an old tv that goes max 1080p.

it all depend on budget.

there is no reason to go for the 1660 super over the 3060TI unless you are budget restrained.

Can I also suggest the Radeon RX 6600 or RX 6600XT, they are both between the others in performance, and in price (In my country at least).
