RAID 0 Array disappearing after bios update

I had that happen to me on a previous motherboard but when I booted back into RAID management interface in bios, I was able to set it back up without data loss. Have you checked that first?

Some BIOSes default to AHCI instead of RAID, so after flashing BIOS since it resets to defaults you need to set it back to RAID.

 

There are cases where attempting to boot on AHCI can corrupt one drive in the array, hopefully this isn't one of them.
