Looking for NetBook

im looking for a new laptop/netbook something under 13" and all its going to be is a digital book, ill be using it for my dnd to look up spells and what not instead of touting around all my rule books, so nothing bulky or powerful battery life and readability are the key points here, also cheaper is better

This is nearly the ideal use case of a Chromebook. Keep an eye out in the used market for one of these.

BUT I HATE CHROMEBOOKS i want to be able to use the computer not just be able to access chrome apps

Then keep an eye out in the used market for a normal laptop that meets your requirements.
