Bright White Spots

Hello guys,

 

Looking for help with my laptop's LCD. I realize I may need to replace it but I would like to fix this problem if possible. There are 3 visible white spots on it's LCD. The laptop is a 14" Asus X401A that I use primarily for school. The first dot on the LCD is very bright but color and content can be seen behind it if you look closely. On a low part of the LCD there is 2 less noticeable white spots and the same can be said. I've never experienced this problem before on a display so if anybody can help out it will be much appreciated.
