Windows not responding

I've been having some problems with windows not responding. I was editing files, using Microsoft edge and had GoLand running in the background when my application froze, I could still use my mouse and keyboard was responding to. A couple seconds later every application is in a frozen state and the finally my mouse and keyboard aren't responding. No error messages, nothing, so my only option was to hold my power button. Forget to mention this isn't a one case thing, its been happening weekly since I updated my BIOS.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5600x

RAM: Crucial (8gbx2) 2666mhz; (I actually ordered 3600mhz but received 2666mhz without realizing, f*k amazon

Motherboard: ASUS B550-A

GPU: MSI 1660 Super

Storage: NVMe SAMSUNG 980 1TB ; SAMSUNG SSD 860 EVO 500gb

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master 212 RGB
