Syba USB amp/dac

Who has this and can someone tell me the output impedance of it?

ShearMe has one, and according to the spec sheet of the op-amp that Amazon and Syba lists as used, it's 13 ohms. But ShearMe had no issues with it, so idk, is it possible to lower it in some way? maybe, and maybe they have done that?
