Ghost K1 bluetooth issues

Hey,

 

i'm having issues with my Ghost K1 when I pair via bluetooth to my pc. I am running a PCIe expansion card for my Bluetooth: WiFi 6 Card | Max 3000Mbps with BT 5.1 | Intel AX200 Chip, MU-MIMO, OFDMA, Ultra-Low Latency | 802.11AX Wireless Dual-Band PCIe WiFi Card for PC (Support Windows 10, 64-bit Only) https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07XXLCVK5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

 

Basically the wired version works fine but sometimes on the wireless, it will stop working mid game, but it still says paired and the lights are still on...

let me know if you guys have any suggestions.
