I'm planning on getting a Elgato Wave XLR, but I'm not sure what microphone to get, I'm looking for something that will sound good in discord or any call related platform. I'm all ears for your suggestions 🙂

maybe take a look at akg p120 if you prefer condenser or rode podmic for normal dynamic mic

You should instead get on other XLR mic interface at that range like Scarlett Solo and Behringer UMC22, and learn to use Voicemeeter. From how it looks, the Wave only notable thing is their companion app which is blatant ripoff of Voicemeeter.

For the mic, i would vouch for the Podmic, as well as Shure SM57 and 58.
