Computer Keeps Messing Up...

So every once and a while my computer will stop playing youtube videos and skype crashes at the same time and they won't ever start working again unless I restart my PC. The skype thing only started today, but youtube has been happening for the past couple of days. I have no clue what could cause this and I REALLY don't want to do a clean install. Also as a side note the Bluetooth symbol on the bottom right keeps reappearing after i restart even though I've removed it multiple times. Please help!
