No bios

System starts up, but doesn't get to bios.

 

Running a 5800x, rtx 3080, MSI Unify  x570

 

I'm getting these errors and no bios just the screen below.

C8, 54, 15,9A, 5A, 99, 98, 9C, b4

ASUS Pro Art X570,
Ryzen 9 5900X,
Corsair Vengeance 64 GB CL16 3200Mhz DDR4 ram,
Gigabyte GeForce 3070,
2 TB Samsung 980 Pro M.2. LaCie 4TB Raid Pro External with SD Slot

Mechanical Keyboard, Shure MV7, GH5 for Webcam, Loupedeck CT
ASUS Pro Art 32in Color Calibrated Monitor, LG C1 48in OLED TV, FeelWorld F6 5.7" for basic monitoring of content.

In theory it shouldn't matter, but move the graphics card to the top slot.

It doesn't start from there for some reason.
