Reset Cmos, theres usually a button or jumper on the motherboard, or on the IO panel. If not take out the Cmos Battery.

then what, just put it back in and act as if nothing happened?

To add: Certain motherboard have tendency to retain charges from the PSU so to avoid possibility of the BIOS not resetting when you remove the CMOS battery, remember to unplug your computer from a power source and wait for 3-5 minutes before you put the CMOS battery in.

 

Also, save your time and make sure your overclock is realistic. Do your research on your CPU harmony to the RAM die.
