Budget (including currency): 600-700$ USD

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly new games and some other games like: Rocket League, Call of Duty's, Fortnie, Apex, Valorant, Ghostrunner, Forza Horizon, Halo's, Gta V, and new games. Will use for college and school purposes, maybe some 3d programs and some editing programs.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Already have EVGA 3060. Will the rest of the parts as soon as possible or black friday. Want to play at the best resolution and refresh rate that I can with the parts that I can get.

So basically the remainder of the budget is 600-700$ USD but I am willing to spend a bit more if needed or recommended. I would also like to use the computer with a second monitor.
