So from what I have gathered the R9 295X is 2 R9 290X's strapped together!

Correct me if I'm wrong!

So I was wondering will 2 780ti's outperform it??

two R9 290's in CF outperformes the 295X2

austin evans did some benchmarks if you want to check them out

it comes out april 21st btw,

2 780 ti's will beat it at 1440p/1080p but 295 x2 will win at 5760x1080

It is two R9 290Xes and I'm pretty sure 2 780 tis beat it, though It reigns in really crazy high resolution gaming.

Nooo. The 295X2 is actually clocked higher than a 290X (not by much, but it's still there)
