That squeaking noise is a little disconcerting but I'm guessing that's normal since you said nothing about it. In this case your best bet is to run through the troubleshooting gambit of actions. Try removing a RAM stick, if you have 2 and try booting, try switching RAM slots your current sticks are in. Go through and check every connector to ensure they're secure. Try reseating the RAM, GPU and cables. If all that doesn't work, I'd look into the PSU, CPU or GPU further. Perhaps the CPU needs to be reseated, or one of these parts has gone bad. Hard to say with no system specs/details, which would be helpful for you to post.
