ITIL certification books question

Go to solution Solved by Slayerking92,

You can download most of those books in PDF, Your example can be found here: http://www.itref.ir/uploads/editor/33ad1e.pdf

They should all cover the basics to pass the foundation exam as it shouldn't change till the next version of ITIL.

Hi guys, I hope this does not break the rules, being that I mention Amazon lol

So My company is impulsing us Desktop Support guys to take the ITIL certification(The IT dept in the company is in diapers, I have been here since June, and they are barely starting to set up a Help Desk per se, DSS so far is the one acting as both L1 and L2), I had planned on taking the certification(6 years in service desk and never took that or A+ TBH) but always postponed it(IT jobs in Mexico did not pay good until very recently and now in most companies, mine included, you can even expense the cost of the exam)

Now, as aforementioned I am in Mexico, and am looking for the ITIL books in AmazonMX but I cannot find the latest versions, only the 2019, from different authors, for exampe:

Is there much content difference or should I be fine buying this one?(I know I can get the one in Amazon USA, it actually does ship to MX, but customs around here can take ages, so buying from Amazon MX takes 3 days max to get here, most of the time is next day, buying from Amazon US it can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months and they stated that it is not even mandatory but the sooner we get it the better, aka it is mandatory lol)
