Posted October 11, 2021 Depends what you're installing on it and if you are willing to pay more. For media, stuff like videos and photos, a hard drive is fine, same with general documents. For games, it will affect load times compared to an SSD, but not performance in most cases. Large capacity SATA SSDs have got pretty cheap now so might want to take a look at those and decide if it's too much for you to spend or not.
