PC freezes after I lock or do not use it for some time.

Hey guys, if anyone can help me out on this that would be great.

The issue is after I lock the PC, the system just freezes after sometime. Have attached the photo with this message.
It does not throw any error / or BSOD.

I have to power off the system and then start it again.

When I am working continuously I have no issue. It is just that when it goes idle, the system just freezes

I tried reinstalling Windows and still the same issue. I also upgraded to windows 11. I still have the same issue.

Is it because of RAM ? How can I solve this issue?

Updated the BIOS too. MB - Gigabyte X570 Aorus Ultra
AMD 5800x
32gb corsair ram
rtx 3080

I see this in reliability history. Is it because of this ? how can I find which hardware is this

Can you try looking into your motherboard bios settings and look for "C-States" or "CPU Idle Power State" and setting it to DISABLED. Usually it is set to auto but what it does is basically shutting off parts of the cpu while at idle to save power. This may be a case of it shutting down so many parts or dropping the voltage so much that windows essentially crashes

@berberries i downgraded to F32 BIOS version and i thought this will fix the issue but no
