Hello, I'm looking for a laptop that'll be able to run blender comfortably (just for modeling, no rendering) while also not being very expensive. I'm not interested in 144hz RTX 3070 type laptops and I don't care about any gamery features. Bonus points if it's white or has a more subtle design. Thanks!

Lenovo legion 5 with a ryzen 5600h, rtx 3060 and 16gb of ram would be my recommendation. That would be about 1100$ and I would not go lower than that.

Any alternatives? That specific model is sold out everywhere in my country. The price point is pretty good though. I was also looking at an HP Victus but with a 3050ti, not sure how well that would perform.

The victus is basically a worse legion. Any other legion versions available? Ram is upgradable any way so don't look at that too much.

From what I can find the only ones available have a 5800 and are 20% more expensive. The only other laptop with a 3060 and a 5600 is an Acer Nitro 5. I've had some really bad experiences with Acer products in the past so I'd rather avoid them. Are Intel processors as uncompetitive in laptops as they are on desktops? It might be easier to find a decently priced one since Intel isn't as popular.

Oh I'd say that more expensive legion is still very much worth it. The rtx 3050ti has the issue of having very low vram which is a bit of a nono.

They get the same performance when handled correctly but the battery life is easily 30-40% worse on them. They also run WAY hotter thus a lot of laptops can't cool them properly and you get worse performance. So I pretty much never recommend them.
