Laptop wont charge

My laptop won't charge at all even after i charged it for an hour.

Things that i've done :

- Uninstall Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery driver

- Unplug and replug my laptop's battery

- do sfc /scannow

Here's the battery report i obtained from windows powershell, thanks!
