Cant Load BIOS

Remove your RTX 2080 and then use the onboard video.

Having a weird issue, not sure how long this has been happening! I figured I'd enable TPM for Windows 11, but I can't get my computer to boot to the BIOS. There isn't a BIOS splash screen any more. Windows loads just fine. Trying to hit the BIOS key on start up just does...nothing. It looks like it may be trying to load the BIOS but there is no display (on either GPU or on-board video outs). Have to hard reset to get back into Windows. I even updated the BIOS firmware through the (terrible) MSI Dragon Center, still no BIOS. Dragon Center says BIOS is on the latest version now (A.B0 10/12/2020). Also while troubleshooting this I noticed that RAM and CPU are set back to defaults, XMP is turned off. What should I do here?

Weird how that worked! Any way to boot to BIOS with the GPU installed? I managed to get into the BIOS, turned on TPM and my overclocks, put the GPU back in... Everything seems to be fine, but there's still no BIOS splash screen when the GPU is plugged in.

It seems during POST, your board is using the onboard GPU and not your RTX 2080 so that's why it's always a blank screen, until it gets into Windows. In bios, if there is a option, have to play around with the, display adapter selection output.
