Need VESA stand recommendations

I am in need of a VESA stand for a 2012 21.5" Apple iMac. The iMac weighs 12.5 lbs. (5.68 kg), so it's not too heavy. I currently have it mounted on a swivel mount, but I'd like to be able to use the iMac on a flat surface. Does anyone have any recommendations for a stand that will fit this iMac that isn't too expensive? I don't need anything too fancy, just something that will hold the iMac securely.

is it a standard VESA mount?  I don't know apple, and i know they love proprietary crap that doesn't play nice with anything outside the walled garden.

 

VIVO makes a lot of mounts, so pick the style that suits you.

I have two of the Ergear gas piston mounts. One single monitor with a pole that has a 2 piece arm attached, the other dual monitor with 2 part arms. I've been pretty happy with both of them and they were relatively inexpensive. I like the gas piston versions because they'll last longer when I make small adjustments often based on what I'm doing.
