Please fix my issue with windows firewall and microsoft store.

Actually my microsoft store is not working, it says that "Page could not be loaded please try again later and an error code 0x80131500" so i saw a video in youtube to fix it and reset it by running this in run "wsreset.exe" and it resetted my windows store and still got that error so i resetted it from its properties in apps as features and now if  i am trying to open it its not oppening and if i try to reinstall it it is saying windows firewall is not running. and i cant use any microsoft app like calculator, snip and sketch, maps, etc. And in firewall settings if i select domain network i am not getting an option to enable windows defender or in any other setting. Please help me fix my issue.

the error means that you cannot access microsoft servers and that's probably because they are down in your area. i would say you should wait

If all those parts of windows are broken, you have a broken windows installation. Wipe your pc and start again.
