Budget (including currency): 200€ (+-50€)

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Valorant, Minecraft, Recording, Programming and browsing the web

My current setup:

400 Watt be quiet! System Power 9 Non-Modular 80+ Bronze
8GB Sapphire Radeon RX 570 Pulse Aktiv PCIe 3.0 x16
Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H Rev. 2.0 AMD B350 So.AM4 Dual Channel DDR4 mATX
16GB Patriot Viper Steel DDR4-3200 DIMM CL16 Dual Kit
AMD Ryzen 5 1600X 6x 3.60GHz So.AM4 WOF
480GB Patriot Burst 2.5" (6.4cm) SATA 6Gb/s 3D-NAND TLC (PBU480GS25SSDR)

I wanted to ask which parts you would recommend me to upgrade and to which ones. Sometimes when I play Valorant my game freezes and I'm only getting low fps in Minecraft (with a 144hz / 2560x1440p monitor) so I thought it was time to upgrade. (I built this PC a few years ago as a budget build). But please only parts that can be bought below or at the retail price (so no graphics card): ). Maybe a new mainboard would also be necessary, because this one has already caused me a lot of trouble. So please give some specific recommendations (i.e. brands / parts to buy) 🙂 .

i dont think you are going to get a whole pc for 200€ if you want a good gpu, not only are you going to have to wait untill shortages are over, but also if you want a good gpu, the gpu is the only thing your going to afford, either increase your budget or buy a prebuild which will probably be even worst than the pc you have right now
