Hello, i need a program to look at my cpu/gpu temps while playing games

Hello, so i have this gaming laptop that i want to know the cpu and gpu temperatures while playing any game, the thing is i don´t know what to look for and i´m asking for recommendations of programs to do so. thanks a lot for reading and have a great day and a great week.

Predator trton 500

core i-7- 8750H 2.20GHz

RTX-2060 6gB

16Gb Ram (it goes brr)

 

the laptop, already being a predator, has a program that does the thing i want to do, "Predator Sense", but it is weird because when i open it up it takes a lot of cpu "%", so it makes the temps go extremely up even if it´s the only thing open in the laptop, so yeah, thanks a lot for reading again and have a grat day and a great week, take care!

HWInfo will tell you everything you need to know about your PC and be very lightweight while doing it. 

 

You can do some customization as well. I have an entire display dedicated to graphs from HWInfo (if you double click any line it'll turn into a graph) and they start at boot.
