So i recently updated to windows 11, it was fine not until when I tried to play valorant where it says that I need to turn on secure boot and tpm 2.0. And so i did after that I then proceeded to bios and enabled secure boot saved it and then the display went black and it wouldnt turn back on. The fans and rgb lights are running.

i tried cmos battery reset and the cmos jumper but still nothing. What could this possibly be? And how do i fix it?

Have you tried to boot the system without the SSD/HDD the OS is on?? It'll POST, but will ask to insert an OS. At least during the boot process, you can possibly check that secure boot is disabled in BIOS, even though clear CMOS should take care of this?

Are you using display port?
Generally port priority is DVI > HDMI > DP.
Try connecting with HDMI, my monitor doesn't work in the BIOS with secure boot as I use the Displayport connection

Ok

Fresh start

Power down and unplug from wall.

Remove all USB devices including mouse and keyboard

Remove gpu

Unplug sata for any ssd/hdd

Remove any m.2

Clear cmos

  • Remove battery
  • Then power cycle the pc without the psu plugged in

Double check psu connections to the motherboard.

Plug into the wall

Try booting barebone. Don't Plug in anything. Expect power and monitor. Monitor should be plugged into the motherboard as no gpu will be installed for the moment
