I'm trying to download Windows 11 (I have all compatible hardware and checked with the Microsoft Health Check) and I keep getting this error message and can not get rid of it. Hopefully someone can make sense of this and help me out because I have no idea how to fix this. The only thing I have done it uninstalled all of the cFosSpeed files because I have no use for the Application. Image is attached at the bottom. I just want windows 11!!!

cFosSpeed appears to be network traffic shaping software of some kind. Googly searches reveal it's both a standalone product and sometimes bundled with certain motherboard control center software, like MSI Dragon Center. If you list your systems full specs we might be able to "guess" if there's a piece of software installed that comes with this driver, otherwise you're going to have to start hunting high and low to find out what it's part of, then remove the software.

This literally happened to me yesterday. What i did was to download an advanced uninstaller and uninstall Turbo LAN. I also deleted all cfosspeed files. When I did everything I just mentioned, the problem was still there, so I closed and opened the Windows 11 installer again and it worked.
