My PC won't show thumbnails for video

I don't know what happen but my PC won't show thumbnails for video, pictures works fine.

 

What i've tried:

1. Using diskcleanup to delete the thumbnail cache

2. SFC /SCANNOW

3. Restore folder option to default settings

 

Does anyone have any idea?

This is highly unlikely, but you can try checking if the transparency effects and animation effects are turned on in the settings app. Also check if all the other effects I have shown in the picture is turned on.

I did that and it still wont show and yes the file can be opened just fine

Did you turn on this option.

 

If this doesn't work, I think its likely that the issue is caused by Media Player Classic

You're right, tried uninstalling it and it shows up.
