I wouldn't bother getting an AIO for this CPU, it can't be overclocked so there's no benefit for going with anything above a Hyper T2 in terms of cooling capacity, except for maybe how quiet the fan is. I'd probably just use the stock cooler and only upgrade to something like a Hyper 212 if you get annoyed by it. Everything else looks fine.

Also, just so you know, 10th Gen non-k CPUs were locked with memory frequency, so even if you get 3200MHz RAM, it'll only run at 2933MHz. If you can save some money by going to the slower speeds, do it, but prices are so similar now it might not save you any money.

oh didnt know about that so is it the same for an 11th gen non-k ?

It's not the same with 11th gen, for those chips you can actually overclock the memory and run it at 3200MHz or higher, given that you're using a B560 or Z-series motherboard. Same thing applied with the cooler, you don't need an AIO to cool 11th gen non-k CPUs, but the stock cooler usually doesn't cut it.

So i should get a 11th gen then a i7 11700 is only 10€ more, and a better cooler

That's a good plan. It's a much better performing CPU anyway. For a cooler look for something like the Hyper 212, or since you seem to be a big fan of be quiet!, the Pure Rock 2 should be more than enough.
