DDU is a convenience feature that allows spare pieces of previously removed drivers to be removed from the system without doing a clean reinstall.  It’s faster.  Not fast, but faster.  It’s an option.  I kind of like full clean reinstall myself if it hasn’t been done in a while as it gets rid of ALL the crud like that, not just bits of driver detritus.  Depends on how long a system has been up.

Would it be possible to take a picture of these things?  Might prove useful.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

So a rare occurance.  This says software over hardware.  Might possibly be hardware if temperature is a factor.  Only happens if it’s really hot or cold.

my gpu temp is always while on my desktop 50-55 sometimes goes down to the 47-50 range never too cold and never too hot really unless maybe it spiked when that happened which i honestly find very rare. i googled and some people said it could be missing DLL files from my windows

Gpu temp isn’t the whole machine though.  It’s a probe inside the gpu.  Won’t even measure the gpu as a whole necessarily.  3090s are supposed to have a problem because of that sometimes.  The memory junction heats up but not the rest of the card.  Missing DLL file would be software.  Sorry I don’t have better information.
