I would get a 1TB NVME SSD with dram for storage. Here are a few I recommend:

Crucial P5

Silicon Power P34A80

ADATA XPG GAMMIX S7

 

Also, you can get windows keys for a lot less through UR-CD keys or similar websites. You can use the extra money to towards a nicer GPU or more storage.

 

In terms of other components, what everyone else has recommended looks good.
