either way you go, i recommend trying to get a gpu at a reasonable price(msrp), could take a while though. you can get an rtx 3060 for 100's$ less than

that 2060 with some luck, then have room in the budget for better parts.

I would get a 1TB NVME SSD with dram for storage. Here are a few I recommend:

Silicon Power P34A80

ADATA XPG GAMMIX S7

 

Also, you can get windows keys for a lot less through UR-CD keys or similar websites. You can use the extra money to towards a nicer GPU or more storage.

 

In terms of other components, what everyone else has recommended looks good.
