Cold War Massive Input Delay

hello, in back ops cold war i have over 3 seconds of input delay. i cant figure out why, it only happens in this game. I have a sold 90 plus fps but the input delay issue its like ill click W or S or shoot and it takes a few seconds to actually do that and when i let go of any movement keys its also takes a few seconds to stop moving. my mouse look isn't delayed at all though. I've set the pooling rate re installed driver idk what to do
